Responsibilities:
Safely manage projects from start to finishRead and interpret blueprintsSchedule and communicate with suppliers and subcontractorsConduct job site meetings and collaborate with the project lead and site operations.
Communicate and build relationships with ownersCreate and submit pay estimates to ownersWork on the job site when necessaryProvide leadership and accountability in delivering project goals and metricsEstablish new job processes that will make the company more efficientWork in a structured environmentRequirements:

years of experience as a construction Project ManagerProficient in Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookFull comprehension of construction blueprints and specificationsExperience managing construction projects successfully from start to finishExperience working with owners and subcontractorsStrong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and management skillsDetail-oriented and strong communication skillsExperience working with owners and subcontractorsValid driver's licenseInterested in hearing more?
