Responsibilities:
Confirming schedule with subcontractors one week aheadInsure materials are on site prior to their scheduled installationPlan and coordinate daily job site activitiesResolve field problems in a timely manner and notify project manager.
Hire, train and develop foremen and assistantsDevelop and maintain positive relationships with all project team membersAcquire a minimum of three quotes on materials before purchaseReturn rental equipment in a timely mannerControl overtime and regular man hours throughout the projectMaintain accurate record of daily job site activitiesRetain and return to office all delivery and testing receiptsMaintain safety meeting records and sign off sheetsRequirements:

years of commercial construction experience3
years supervisory experienceStrong communications skills, both written and verbalDetailed experience with subcontractor and construction sequencingUnderstanding of ASI's, RFI's and Material SubmittalsMust work well in a team environment and be committed to client serviceA valid Driver's LicenseInterested in hearing more?
