TEMPORARY TO DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITIES.
LOCATION: NORTHPORT AL
24X7 CALL CENTER.
Entry level role.
Basic skills with moderate level of proficiency.
Works on assignments that are routine in nature and which follow accepted practice.
Normally follows established procedures on assignments, and requires general instructions for most assignments.
Working hours: 12:00PM-10:30PM - Any Shift within that time period
One year experience within a CALL CENTER.
BILINGUAL SKILLS WOULD BE ASSET.
EXCELLENT SPEAKING VOICE.
One or more years of banking experience is preferred.
Typically requires up to two years of experience in a customer-service or data-entry related position in a service industry.
